Awards
On the 23rd of April 2006 we were awarded Scottish Hotels of the Year Bedroom Design Gold Medal Award for our deluxe room 'The Old Courtroom'. We were also commended in the Housekeeping awards section and highly commended in the Castle Hotel section.
Congratulations to our Head Chef, Grant MacNicol who won the Young Chef of the Year Award 2007 (under 22). The ceremony took place on the 6th of May at the Radisson Hotel in Glasgow.
Head Chef Grant has won - Young Ambassador of the Year,. WELL DONE

Ghostfinders
On the 6th of February some guests may have heard a few bumps in the night and strange goings on. This was due to Ghostfinders carrying out an investigation around the castle.
