Dornoch Castle Hotel is situated on Castle Street, in the main square, opposite the Cathedral. It is 45 minutes north of Inverness just off the A9, and 1 hour from Inverness Airport and is easily accessed by rail, road and air.

Trains are available from Inverness to Tain, which is a 10 minute taxi ride from Dornoch and the coach from Inverness stops just along the street from the hotel.
